WHAT WE DO

Bring it Right Back

The BiRB Project is all about taking plastic waste in the city of Youngstown Ohio and "bringing it right back" into the local economy as re-purposed 3D printing filament for local companies in the rapidly expanding industry.

Youngstown State University students in the business organization "Enactus YSU" are the great minds behind the project. Enactus is a global non-profit and community of student, academic and business leaders committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to transform lives, communities, and the environment. Enactus stands for "Entrepreneurial, Action, Us".

Entrepreneurial - igniting business innovation with integrity and passion.
Action - the experience of social impact that sparks social enterprise.
Us - student, academic and business leaders collaborating to create a better world.
